PRICING / BOOKING

The prices are staggered and depend on the number of participants.

For special openings we charge a fixed price of 135.00 euros per room. Possible by arrangement and availability when booking at least 2 rooms (in parallel). If you book/pay for a larger group and the group is actually smaller, the overpaid amount will be forfeited without refund. We will then offer you free drinks to compensate.

A maximum of 1 discount is applicable per booking. This applies, for example, to so-called “voucher books” and also to discounts in connection with partner companies or institutions. We allow the discount that is most favorable for our customers.


Booking

of Your Escape Experience

Click on your desired time and follow the reservation process. If your desired date is not currently displayed, click on any time and select the date and time in the form that appears. Please note our rest days Monday and Tuesday.

Payment of the invoice amount is due immediately and can be made via PayPal or bank transfer. Only then will the reservation be confirmed.

 Bookings via this booking platform are possible up to 24 hours before the appointment at the latest. For shorter-term bookings, please call 07525 5079940.

Booking w/ Voucher

Please enter the voucher code in the field provided during the booking process. The voucher amount will be offset against your invoice amount. So you only have to pay the remaining amount afterwards.
Attention: A discount COUPON, such as issued by Aulendorf Tourist Information and called "Aulendorfer Gutscheinheft" is NOT a VOUCHER.

 Please be sure to bring your voucher with you to the play date.

Booking of Several Rooms at a time

For staff reasons, a maximum of 2 rooms can be booked per time slot. If you would like to occupy 3 or 4 rooms at the same time, please send an email to info@house-of-mysteries.de or call 07525 5079940 (answering machine with immediate callback). We will do our best to accommodate your request.

Cancellation Policy

This is how you can cancel your Escape Room

(costs may apply)

There are special conditions for company bookings.

  • Free cancellation is possible up to 7 days before your game date. If you cancel 6 to 1 day(s) before the appointment, we will charge a cancellation fee of 50.00 EUR per room. If you cancel on the same day or do not show up, a no-show fee of the full amount will be charged. This also applies to rooms that are booked and then not needed.
  • If the advance payment is withheld and the team does not show up on the booked date, we will still charge the cancellation fee in full.
  • If you have booked/paid for a room for a larger group and then take part with a smaller group, you are not entitled to a refund of the overpaid amount.
  • Vouchers that have already been converted into a booking lose their validity in the event of a no-show. However, if canceled in good time (see above), they can be used for a new reservation. Paying out vouchers (even partial amounts) is generally not possible. Unused credit can be applied to a subsequent visit.
